TREVOR MUNDAY TO DELAY DEPARTURE AS NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Following the announcement on 24 March 2016 advising that Trevor Munday would step down as director
of Barclays Africa Group and Absa Bank in the second half of this year, shareholders are informed that he
will remain as lead independent non-executive director on the Barclays Africa Group and Absa Bank boards
(the Boards) for the time being.
In light of the announcement by Barclays PLC of its intention to sell down its shareholding in Barclays Africa
Group, and the resultant increase in demands on the Boards, Trevor has agreed to delay his departure.
