Notice is hereby given that the 3 month JIBAR rate as at 7 November 2016 is 7.358% p.a. (“JIBAR”).
Accordingly, the next interest payment, payable on 6 February 2017 (*Modified Following), for the period
7 November 2016 to 5 February 2017, will be calculated based on a rate of 11.358% p.a. (400bps over
JIBAR).
* When the Interest Payment Date falls on a non business day, such Interest Payment Date shall be
postponed to the next business day. However, if the first business day after the weekend or public holiday
falls in a new calendar month the last business day before the weekend / public holiday will be used instead.
Next reset date: 6 February 2017.
