THE NINE MONTHS ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2016

unaudited condensed consolidated financial results for the nine months ended 30 September 2016 were submitted to
the Bucharest Stock Exchange (“BVB”) and to the to Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority today,
14 November 2016. These unaudited condensed consolidated financial results are available to the public on request, in
printed format, and in electronic format on the Company’s website: www.nepinvest.com.
The unaudited condensed consolidated financial results for the nine months ended 30 September 2016 were released
on the Stock Exchange News Service (“SENS”) of the JSE and the BVB today, 14 November 2016.
