UPDATE ON THE ACQUISITION BY INSIMBI OF THE AMR GROUP
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcements on 22 June 2016, 26 July 2016 and 14
September 2016 regarding the acquisition by Insimbi of the AMR Group (“the Transaction”).
Shareholders are advised that Transaction was unconditionally approved by the Competition
Commission (in terms of Chapter 3 of the Competition Act 1998).
As announced on SENS on 7 November 2016, shareholders are reminded that the general meeting to
approve the Transaction will take place on 5 December 2016.
