LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES AND PREFERENCE SHARES

2008, shareholders are advised of the following:
Element Investment Managers has notified the Company that accounts under its management
have increased its holding in the Company and now represents 5.3% of the voting rights in
Ordinary shares and 10.1% of the voting rights in Preference shares in the Company.
