PARTIAL DELISTING OF NEWGOLD PALLADIUM DEBENTURES
NewGold has, from commencement of business today, de-listed 1,600,000 Palladium
Debentures. The de-listing is as a result of the redemption of approximately 15,831.003 fine troy
ounces of Palladium.
Following the de-listing there will be 23,584,696 NewGold Palladium Debentures in issue,
referencing approximately 233,355.866 fine troy ounces of Palladium.
