In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders
are advised that Dr D (Len) Konar, an independent non-executive member of the board and
Chairman of the Audit Committee has tendered his resignation from the board of directors of
YeboYethu (RF) Limited with effect from 18 November 2016.
The Board would like to thank Dr Konar for his valuable contribution to the company over the past
8 years and wish him everything of the best in his future endeavours.
A further announcement will be made in due course when his replacement is appointed.
