CHANGE IN DIRECTOR’S RESPONSIBILITIES
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, and as
announced in our interim results which were published on SENS earlier today, preference
shareholders are advised that, with effect from 1 April 2017, Mr Theunis de Bruyn will be
stepping down as an executive director of the Company. Theunis will continue to serve on the
board as a non-executive director.
The board wishes to thank Theunis for his service and contribution as an executive director of
the Company and looks forward to continuing the relationship in a non-executive capacity.
