CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that Victoria Milazi, the Chief Financial Officer of Wearne, has resigned with effect from 31 December
2016.
The board thanks Victoria and wishes her well in her future endeavours. It is expected that a new Chief
Financial Officer will be appointed in January 2017.
