RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released by the Company on SENS on
10 October 2016. The announcement advised shareholders, inter alia, that Ecsponent had
entered into negotiations with various parties to rationalise the Group’s operations and
investments (“the Proposed Transactions”).
Shareholders are advised that the Company remains in discussions regarding the Proposed
Transactions and therefore shareholders should continue to exercise caution when dealing in the
Company’s securities until a further announcement is made providing all relevant details in
respect of the Proposed Transactions.
