Shareholders are referred to the earlier cautionary announcement released this morning on
SENS and are advised that the company has received non-binding expressions of interest
from various parties, the merits of which are being assessed by the company.
The expressions of interest relate to the possible acquisition of the entire issued share capital
of the company, which, if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price at
which the company’s securities trade on the JSE. Accordingly, shareholders of the company
are reminded to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities until a further
announcement is made.
