RESCUE IN THE RBA GROUP
Shareholders are referred to the announcement of 21 October 2016 as well as the previous
announcements in this regard. Trevor Glaum, the Business Rescue Practitioner (“BRP”),
would like to inform shareholders that the business rescue status reports for November 2016
are available on the company’s website www.rbaholdings.co.za.
The BRP has obtained approval from creditors to extend the date by which the business
rescue plans have to be published, to 31 March 2017.
