CONCLUSION OF A SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released earlier
by African Oxygen Limited ("Afrox") wherein the details of a
settlement agreement was announced with regards to the
conclusion of a settlement agreement between the parties.
Shareholders are advised that the settlement amount of R165m
(excluding VAT) has already been fully provided for by
ArcelorMittal South Africa Limited and will not negatively
impact the company´s financial results going forward.
