BOARD CHANGES: RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited (‘‘JSE’’),
holders of securities in NewGold are hereby advised that Mr Edwin Letty has resigned as non-
executive director of NewGold, with effect from 30 November 2016.
The board of directors of NewGold wishes to thank Mr. Letty for his valued contributions during his
tenure as a director and wish him well in his future endeavours.
