General Issue of Shares for Cash
Indequity shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 10 February 2016
whereby Indequity shareholders approved the requisite ordinary resolution to grant Indequity
directors the general authority to allot and issue such shares for cash up to a maximum of
15% of its authorised share capital as at the date of the general meeting held on 20 January
2016 (“General Meeting”).
Shareholders are advised that Indequity has cumulatively issued more than 5% of this
authority since the date of the General Meeting.
Indequity hereby declares that it has issued a total of 1 700 000 shares for cash since the
General Meeting, representing a weighted average discount of 5% to the prevailing 30
business day volume weighted average price as at 14 October 2016.
