ISSUE OF PREFERENCE SHARES
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on 23 November 2016, in which
the Company advised that it intended conducting a placing of up to 1 250 000 new non-cumulative
redeemable participating preference shares (“Preference Shares”) in the Company through the
mechanism of a book build (“the Book Build”).
The Book Build closed at 15:00 today, 28 November 2016.
Application was received for 200 000 Preference Shares at a price of R26.50. The Company will
therefore issue 200 000 Preference Shares at R26.50 on receipt of the subscription proceeds.
The Preference Shares will be listed on 5 December 2016, or as soon as possible thereafter.
