In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008
(“Act”) and regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011,
shareholders are advised that Indequity has received the following
notification:
- the acquisition by Cannon Asset Managers on behalf of its clients
(“Cannon”), on 28 November 2016, of shares, such that Cannon’s total
beneficial interest in the Company on the day increased to 12.97% of
the issued ordinary share capital of the Company and 4.29% of the
total voting rights of the Company.
