RETIREMENT OF GROUP FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, stakeholders are advised that
after five and a half years as Group Financial Director and 10 years with Murray & Roberts,
Cobus Bester will be retiring at 31 December 2016.
Cobus will continue in his role, on a contract basis, until a successor is appointed, which is
expected to be before June 2017. Thereafter, Cobus will take on a temporary assignment in
the Group.
Further information will be shared with the market as soon as the Group is ready to
announce Cobus’ successor.
