TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF A DISPOSAL OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”), Regulation 121(2)(b) of
the Companies Act Regulations, 2011 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that enX has received notification from eXtract Group Limited (“eXtract”) advising the company that eXtract has
disposed of its entire beneficial interest of 29% of enX’s issued shares pursuant to the unbundling of enX shares to
eXtract shareholders following the transaction concluded between enX and Eqstra Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries,
as previously announced on SENS.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, enX has filed the required notice with the Takeover
Regulation Panel.
