RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In terms of section 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the board of directors of the Company
advises shareholders that Kristell Holtzhausen has resigned as company secretary of Insimbi with
effect from 31 January 2017.
The Insimbi board thanks her for her contribution to the Insimbi group and wishes her well for the
future.
The Insimbi board is in the process of finding a suitable replacement for Kristell and will advise
shareholders in due course when an appointment is made.
