Appointment of non-executive director
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that Mrs.
Pumla Fundiswa Radebe has been appointed as an independent non-
executive director of Jasco, Chairman of the Social and Ethics
Committee, and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee, with
effect from 1 January 2017.
Mrs. Radebe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and is a
Certified Chartered Director and member of the Institute of
Directors. She is a Non-Executive director on the Board of the
Institute of Directors and the Chairman of a listed company in
the construction sector. With her vast experience in
Institutional and Social Development and Planning, the Jasco
Board looks forward to her leadership and contribution to the
group.
