RESIGNATION OF MS CHARLOTTE MOKOENA AS CHAIRMAN AND NON-
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Sasol Inzalo Public announced today that Ms Charlotte
Mokoena will be stepping down as director and chairman of
the Company on 31 January 2017 due to her taking up an
executive position in Sasol Limited.
Ms Mokoena served on the board of Sasol Inzalo Public from
19 October 2010 and became its chairman on 19 September
2016.
