Appointment of non-executive director
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that Miss
Thandeka Pamela Zondi has been appointed as an independent non-
executive director of Jasco and a member of the Audit and Risk
Committee, with effect from 1 January 2017.
Miss Zondi is a qualified Chartered Accountant (SA) and
completed her articles at Deloitte. She served the office of
the Chairman of Old Mutual South Africa and was the Corporate
Executive for Strategic Projects at the Auditor General of
South Africa for a number of years. She also has a number of
years’ experience serving on the boards of several pension and
provident funds. Thandeka is also an Executive Director at
SekelaXabiso where she is responsible for strategy and business
development. The Jasco Board looks forward to her leadership
and contribution to the group.
