Petmin received notice on Friday, 2 December 2016, from Dark Limited pursuant to Section
122 (3) (b) of the South African Companies Act 71 of 2008 (the “Act”).
Pursuant to the Act and paragraph 3.83 (b) of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
Petmin wishes to advise that Dark Limited, as at 2 December, holds 1,9% (previously
11,10%) of the issued share capital of Petmin.
