Amendments to the JSE Debt Listings Requirements: Part 2 of 2016
The JSE is proposing various amendments to the JSE Debt Listings Requirements (the
“Requirements”).
The amendments along with an explanatory memorandum will be available on the JSE’s website
(Route: Companies & Issuer Regulation/Issuer Regulation – Announcements regarding Listings
Requirements).
The amendments have been marked-up for review and should be read together with the explanatory
memorandum.
We invite comments on the amendments to the Requirements by close of business on Monday, 30
January 2017, and comments can be sent directly to prelinim@jse.co.za.
