VOLUNTARY DISCLOSURE OF SIGNIFICANT HOLDING OF WILDERNESS ORDINARY SHARES
Shareholders are advised that the Botswana Public Officers Pension Fund (“BPOPF”) has notified the
Company that is has, through its asset management firm(s) increased its beneficial interest in the
Company. The BPOPF now holds a beneficial interest of 38,303,114 ordinary shares of the Company,
amounting to 16.2% of the shares in issue. This beneficial interest has been obtained through a
series of transactions, the last of which occurred on 16 August 2016.
