CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF MMI HOLDINGS
The Board of MMI Holdings wishes to inform its shareholders of the appointment of
Mr Louis von Zeuner as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of MMI Holdings Limited
and MMI Group Limited with effect from 1 December 2016, following the retirement
of Mr Johan Burger as a director and the Deputy Chairman of these two Boards. MMI
Holdings looks forward to Mr von Zeuner’s continued valuable contribution to the
MMI group of companies.
