PARTICIPATORY INTERESTS
Following the creation of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) NewFunds S&P GIVI South Africa Top 50
Index Exchange Traded Fund participatory interests, NewFunds has, from commencement of
business today, issued an additional 100,000 S&PGIVISA ETFs at a price of R41.01 per unit, which
will be listed on the JSE Limited .
After the additional listing, there will be 2,057,255 S&PGIVISA participatory interests in issue.
