Shareholders are notified that Sandra Saunders has been appointed as Company Secretary of Insimbi
with effect from 1 February 2017.
Sandra holds a BA LLB Degree from the University of Witwatersrand, and a Diploma in Corporate
Governance from the University of Cape Town. She has accumulated over 20 years of experience in the
role as Company Secretary for various companies and their respective subsidiaries. She most recently
held the position as Company Secretary and Legal Advisor for ADvTECH Limited from July 2011 to March
2016.
