Issuer under its Structured Note Programme, in terms of
Condition 7.3 of the Terms and Conditions hereby give notice to
the Noteholders of CLN442 that it is exercising its option to
redeem all of the Notes Outstanding on 20 December 2016 (being
the Optional Redemption Date(s) (Call)) at the Optional
Redemption Amount(s) (Call) (being the Nominal Amount equal to
ZAR300,000,000).
