INTEREST RATE RESET
Notice is hereby given that the interest rate for the period 28 November 2016 to 27
February 2017, payable on 28 February 2017 (*Following), will be calculated based on a rate of
8.292% p.a. (I=SD*(FIX-FIR)*DCF), where -
“I” means the relevant Interest Amount per Note;
“SD” means the Specified Denomination per note;
“FIX” means 15.65%;
“FIR” means the Floating Interest Rate, being the Reference Rate of 7.358%; and
“DFC” means the Day Count Fraction being Act/365 (Fixed),
as set out in the Applicable Pricing Supplement.
* When the Interest Payment Date falls on a non business day, such Interest Payment Date shall
be postponed to the next business day.
Next reset date: 28 February 2017.
