DISCLOSURE OF DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES BY AFRIMAT EMPOWERMENT INVESTMENTS PROPRIETARY LIMITED AND
ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES BY AFRICAN RAINBOW CAPITAL PROPRIETARY LIMITED
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act No. 71 of 2008 as amended (“the Act”) and
paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that the
Company has received formal notification in the prescribed form that Afrimat Empowerment
Investments (“AEI”) has decreased its interest in securities of the Company such that the total interest
in the securities of the Company held by AEI collectively amounts to 4,64% of the ordinary share
capital of the Company.
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act No. 71 of 2008 as amended (“the Act”) and
paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that the
Company has received formal notification in the prescribed form that African Rainbow Capital
Proprietary Limited (“ARC”), has acquired an interest in the securities of the Company such that the
total interest in the securities of the Company held by ARC collectively amounts to 18.36% of the
ordinary share capital of the Company.
