Shareholders are advised that Synergy’s integrated annual report, incorporating the audited financial
results for the period ended 30 September 2016, was dispatched to shareholders on 14 December 2016, and
contains no changes from the audited condensed financial results for the period ended 30 September 2016
which were released on SENS on 21 November 2016.
The integrated annual report is also available on the Company’s website – www.synergyincomefund.com.
The notice of annual general meeting will be dispatched to shareholders on or before 31 March 2017 and a
further announcement in this regard will be made in due course.
