An application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange
for 34,202 Ordinary Shares of $0.0001 each to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to
be admitted to the Official List. The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares
of the Company.
All of these shares were issued to the Lonmin Employee Share Trust on 14 December 2016.
This will enable the trustee to settle the exercise of options granted on 9 December 2013
under the Company’s Annual Share Award Plan.
It is expected that admission will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 15 December 2016.
