INTEREST IN DISTELL TO PIC
Shareholders are referred to the joint announcement released
on the Stock Exchange News Service on 15 December 2016 by
Remgro Limited and Capevin Holdings Limited regarding the
proposed disposal by Anheuser-Busch Inbev SA/NV (“AB InBev”)
of its interest in Distell to the Public Investment
Corporation (SOC) Limited (“the PIC”).
Distell welcomes the PIC as a new major shareholder, subject
to implementation of the proposed disposal by AB InBev, and is
looking forward to working together.
