shareholders that the Company was informed on 5 December 2016, received on 12 December
2016, that Investec Asset Management Proprietary Limited has acquired additional Exxaro shares
and their holding in the Company therefore now equates to 5.0297% of the total issued ordinary
shares in the Company.
