In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
ABIL (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Enos Banda, the Executive Chairman of the
Board, has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Mr Isaac Shongwe, the lead independent non-
executive director of the Board, has been appointed as independent non-executive Chairman with effect
from 14 December 2016.
