PARTIAL DE-LISTING OF NEWGOLD PALLADIUM DEBENTURES
NewGold has, from commencement of business today, de-listed 600,000 NewGold
Palladium Debentures following the redemption of approximately 5,934.475 fine troy ounces
of palladium debentures.
After the de-listing, there will be 21,184,696 NewGold Palladium Debentures in issue,
referencing approximately 209,533.419 fine troy ounces of palladium debentures.
