PARTIAL DELISTING OF NEWGOLD DEBENTURES
NewGold has, from commencement of business today, de-listed 1,000,000 debentures. The de-
listing is as a result of the redemption of approximately 9,524.980 fine troy ounces of gold bullion.
Following the de-listing there will be 113,177,939 NewGold debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 1,078,017.615 fine troy ounces of gold bullion.
