Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 15 December 2016 and are advised that the last
day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting was incorrectly stated as
Tuesday, 17 January 2016 when it should have been Tuesday, 17 January 2017.
