CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE MANAGER OF THE FUND
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited (“JSE”), unitholders of the Fund are hereby
advised that Mr Abbas Abdul Gani has resigned from the Board of
Directors of Oasis Crescent Property Fund Managers Limited, the
manager of the Fund, with effect from 14 December 2016, due to
personal health reasons.
The Board would like to thank Mr Gani for his positive
contributions during his tenure as director and wish him well.
