GLOBALWORTH SUBSCRIPTION UPDATE - FULFILLMENT OF ALL OUTSTANDING
CONDITIONS PRECEDENT
1. Introduction
Growthpoint shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 1 December 2016,
in which it was advised that Growthpoint had concluded a conditional agreement to
subscribe for shares in London Alternative Investment Market-listed Globalworth Real
Estate Investments Limited (“Globalworth”) (collectively, the “Subscription”).
2. Fulfillment of conditions precedent
All conditions precedent to the Subscription have been fulfilled and the Subscription is
now wholly unconditional.
