Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on 4 October 2016, wherein they were advised of the conclusion of
preliminary purchase agreements relating to the acquisition by EPP of O3 Business Campus, A4 Business Park, Tryton
Business House and Symetris Business Park.
Shareholders are advised that all outstanding conditions precedent to the acquisition of Tryton Business House, Phase I of
O3 Business Campus and Phase I of Symetris Business Park have now been fulfilled and such acquisitions will accordingly be
completed today, 21 December 2016.
