RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement issued on 3 October 2016 and the renewal of
cautionary announcement issued on 11 November 2016, shareholders are advised that on the
basis that the impact of the Hanjin Shipping Company matter on Textainer Group Holdings
Limited and hence on Trencor is still uncertain and impossible to quantify at this stage, they
should continue to exercise caution when dealing in their Trencor shares, until a further
announcement is made.
