NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the Company will be
held on Tuesday, 14 February 2017 at 11h30 at the Company’s premises (7th Floor,
MontClare Place, Cnr Campground and Main Roads, Claremont, Cape Town) to
transact the business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting.
The record date to receive the notice of the annual general meeting, determined
in accordance with section 59(1)(a) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008, as
amended (‘the Act’), is Thursday, 15 December 2016, being the date on which a
person must be registered as a shareholder of the Company for purposes of being
entitled to receive a notice of the annual general meeting. The record date for
the annual general meeting, determined in accordance with Section 59(1)(b) of
the Act, is Friday 3 February 2017, being the date on which a person must be
registered as a shareholder of the Company for purposes of being entitled to
participate in and vote at the annual general meeting. The last day to trade to
be able to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Tuesday, 31
January 2017.
The 2016 Integrated Annual Report, incorporating the notice of the annual
general meeting, will be distributed to shareholders today and will also be
available on the Shareholder Information section of the Company’s website,
www.coronation.com, from today.
