UBS AG Company Secretary, Mr. Luzius Cameron has decided to
step down as Group Company Secretary to take on the role as
Divisional Vice Chairman Wealth Management, effective 1
January 2017. Mr. Markus Baumann has assumed the role of UBS
AG Company Secretary, effective 1 January 2017.
