RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR OF A MAJOR SUBSIDIARY
Shareholders are advised that Mr Mohlomi Mothobi has resigned as a director
and employee of Mpact Operations (Proprietary) Limited (“Mpact Operations”),
a major subsidiary of Mpact, with effect from 1 January 2017, to take up a
position with an associate company of the Group.
The directors of Mpact extend their thanks to Mr Mothobi for his
contribution during his tenure on the Board of Mpact Operations.
