Companies Act”) and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised that Investec Property Fund Limited (“Investec”) has acquired a beneficial interest in
the ordinary shares of the Company, resulting in the beneficial interest in ordinary shares held
by Investec increasing to 7.4%.
