RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements issued on 14 October 2016
and 24 November 2016 and are advised that the Company remains in acquisition
negotiations, further details of which will be announced in due course. In addition,
shareholders are also advised that the date for the payment of the remaining R4.75m by
Arbitrage Investment Holdings Proprietary Limited has been extended due to the time of
year.
Shareholders are accordingly advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in
their shares until a further announcement is made.
