In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised that Afzal Ahmed Jagot, the financial director has resigned effective 4 January
2017.
The Board thanks Afzal for his contribution to the Board and wishes him well in his future
endeavours.
The company has commenced the process of appointing a new financial director.
